Batch documents are published here as they become available, grouped by compound and strength. Presentations not listed have no published document. A purity result does not by itself establish identity, quantity, sterility or endotoxin status; read each document for what it measured.
Each document names the product and presentation sampled, the laboratory or manufacturer that issued it, the date of analysis and the tests performed. A manufacturer certificate and an independent laboratory report are different documents. Where a batch reference is shown, match it to the batch on the vial label; where none is published, the report is historical documentation and cannot be matched to a vial. A purity result does not by itself establish identity, quantity, sterility or endotoxin status unless those tests appear on the report. Products with no listed document have no batch-specific test report currently published.
