Research compound supplied in Australia by Pulse Biolabs for laboratory use. Available in 5mg.
Endurance exercise changes which genes muscle cells use. SLU-PP-332 is studied because it activates a set of receptors involved in that switch.
SLU-PP-332 is a small synthetic molecule, not a peptide, that activates the three oestrogen-related receptors, proteins that switch on genes for mitochondrial growth and fat burning in muscle. It is studied because those receptors control part of the gene response to endurance exercise, and the compound lets researchers test which effects they account for. Evidence comes from muscle cells and mice, including obesity and heart-failure models; no human studies exist.
